HELLO FROM ALI!

Well, I can feel it!  Cooler weather is right around the corner!!! Soon everyone will be able to enjoy our great patio here at Uncorked!  Tim & I got to go for a SHORT trip to Napa, and just like 2 years ago, we’ll get some pictures/video up on the website for everyone to peruse as soon as I possibly can.  It was great to get away, but we drank way too much wine!!! (how can that be?!?)  If you get the chance, please go and see the movie “Bottle Shock"!  I loved it and thought it was an Awesome movie (funny, good storyline, a little romance, a lot of inspiration!).  Let me know what you think after you get to see it-- I’d love to hear your comments!  In less than 2 months we will be celebrating our 3 year Anniversary here at Uncorked!  Thanks to all of you who support us and our love of wine.  Stay tuned for details on the Big Bash that we are planning, which we’ll tie into our Annual Fundraiser for the animals!

1.) Come visit us from 3:30 to close on Monday nights for MONDAY MADNESS where all our flights & glasses (with the exception of 4) of wine are ½ OFF!!!

2.) Join us for Lunch Monday through Friday where each day our Lunch Specials offer 1 Sandwich OR 1 Salad that are ONLY $5.99!!!!

3.) Join us on Tuesdays for Retail Bottle Night! Choose from over 15 Bottles of wine that you can enjoy here at Uncorked for $25 or less!

4.) For the beer lovers, on Thursdays pints/drafts are ONLY $2.50!!!! Currently on Tap: Newcastle, Shock Top Belgian White Ale, Four Peaks Kiltlifter and Michelob Light.

Live Music @ Uncorked!

We loved having Brian Chartrand here, so we’ve asked him back for more appearances!  He will be playing on Thursday, September 11th from 6:30 to 9:30 pm and again on Saturday, August 27th, from 7:00 to 10:00pm.  Once again, you know our space is limited, so make a reservation soon if you want us to hold a table for you!

September 10th Wine Club: JOEL GOTT WINES!!!!!

Wine Club is held on the 2nd AND the 4th WEDNESDAYS OF EVERY MONTH!  That way you have 2 dates to choose from if you can’t make it one week.  Or feel free to come to both—each meeting will showcase a different winery!  It’s a good way to build your wine cellar with wines that you choose!  It will be the flow-thru tasting format from 5:30 to 7:30pm. $40 Includes 4 tastes & the 2 Bottles that you like the best to take home, plus 20% off your food for the evening.
